We met Jenn and Christian over a year ago during the hustle and bustle of a bridal show. These bridal shows are generally overwhelming experiences for both the couples and the vendors—you talk with hundreds of people over the course of a day. One thing we like to do is follow-up with couples over coffee during the next week. Jenn and Christian told us that our coffee date set us apart from the other vendors, it made them feel comfortable with us. Both Joey and I come from large, diverse, and sometimes dysfunctional families; I guess we have learned how to play well with others.
From the minute we met Jenn and Christian we knew their wedding was going to make a statement. With the help of our friend Rachel Reeves, from One Accord Weddings, they successfully executed a “vintage-Hollywood-glam” themed wedding. It is always a pleasure to partner with a diligent Dallas wedding planner who views wedding photographers as part of the team; not only the day of the wedding but also while planning the big day! Jenn and Christian opted to do a first-look before the wedding which allowed us plenty of time for portraits before the ceremony!
Jenn and Christian’s intimate Plano wedding was held at Event 1013. The owner of the venue dropped in, just before the ceremony, to see how they had transformed his space! The two had put over a year’s worth of planning into their day and the small touches of love were a testament of their efforts.
