The best compliment that one can give us is their referral—especially when it’s from other vendors in the wedding industry. When Dustin and Jennifer filled out their questionnaire we felt like they were not only going to be our clients, but that we had made two new friends. We are so stoked to document another fabulous couple’s wedding day alongside a fellow husband and wife team.
Since Dustin and Jennifer had already taken engagement portraits before booking us for their wedding day, we scheduled a “getting to know you” session. We think that is very important to build a relationship with our clients before spending the most important day of their lives thus far with complete strangers, aka your photographers. Getting to know you sessions consist of fellowship, food, a few moments behind the camera in between, and hopefully a new friendship! After meeting these two in person we found that we had even more in common than what we shared over email! Jennifer and Dustin are new to the area and are living in Oak Cliff for the summer, so we showed them two of our favorite places. Chicken Scratch, which has not only fabulous fried chicken but one of the best outdoor patios in Dallas. Then, since they share our love of coffee we couldn’t resist taking them to coffee at the newest coffee shop in town, Wild Detectives. We look forward to their wedding day and can’t wait to see one of our favorite bands, Jenny and Tyler, play at their wedding!
