It’s officially autumn!! After a mild summer it is hard to complain too much about the heat, but boy does it make out jobs easier having a crisp breeze in the air to keep the shine off everyones’ faces and all our shirts dry!

When we are planning our engagement sessions we always ask the couple for their vision as well as what places around town have significance to their relationship. Caitlyn did a great job sending inspiration images that she loved to give me an idea of the “look” she was going she had envisioned. Pictures/inspiration boards are great because I am definitely a visual learner.  Caitlyn’s and David’s wedding colors are orange and blue, so we met them in Highland Park Village near these tiles— that I may or may not use as a color scheme for my future house one day.

Then we  headed over to Lakeside Park, where the grass is always greener, and ended our session with some epic night shots in the Dallas Arts District! We got a lot of variety all within minutes of each other.

Seriously, are these two not THE cutest couple you ever did see?!? Joey and I are super excited to photograph Caitlyn’s and David’s Fort Worth Wedding next spring!
