Our style of photography involves capturing raw, authentic emotion. When Mariel and I first start a session, some clients are shy, reserved, or rely on their “cheese” smile to get them through. However, with some simple cueing and interaction, they lower their guard, allowing us to showcase their genuine feelings. We document each caress of the hand, intentional glance, and tight embrace, creating a biography of love.
When we met Abby and Mack in downtown Grapevine, they did not have any problem displaying their affection. From the first click of the shutter, Mariel and I knew this was going to be an awesome session. Mack never broke gaze from his soon-to-be bride and Abby was never more than an arm’s length away.
From the streets of downtown, we drove a little north to Lake Grapevine as the sun slowly dipped below the horizon. Sunset creates a warm blanket of light that envelops the couple and results in amazing images. Thank you, Abby and Mack, for trusting us to be a part of your life and love!
